Right. Metroplex funded Cornells:
$179,000 - owed to ATF (American Tax) for back property/school taxes due to the City $402,000 - owed to the NYS Business Dev. Corp $235,000 - owed to Metroplex $160,000 - owed to the State Dept of Taxation $92, 272 - owed to the IRS
Leaving over a million owed to the City, County and State and now being bailed out by the Gazette Publisher. Too bad the Fireside wasn't associated with the Tweed Gang, he could have been bailed out too. |

Noooo...Waite wasn't a crook...He was hand picked by the Metro-per-Plex. Stevie tried his best to get the big hose downtown, and he didn't screw any of the contractors out of money either. If it isn't in the Gazette it didn't happen. Just more cheerleading and back slapping. |

How many times did cornells give their employees checks and were told not to cash them cause there was no money? Did any of those employee's checks bounce??? |

Transfinders should have stayed on Erie where someone pays taxes on the property.
The only people finding Schenectady a destination are Gillens Rotary friends he gives breaks tax-exempt million dollar property to. Oh, and the intrest-free loans (which Clinton's Ditched $31K from the taxpayers) are pretty damning as well.
How have the City taxpayers received a benefit from supporting the fire/police and plowing, garbage and other municipal services for each Downtown business which doesn't pay taxes? How has that helped our tax base?
Guess you wouldn't know SB because you don't pay City taxes. Take it from me, it's hard for my family to keep paying these over-inflated, triple digit quarterly bills....but you know what, were not free-loading Downtown millionaire scum, we actually pay our bills. |
