I might ad that our County Legislature Chair, the Honorable Judith Dagaostino has been calling via a county phone system in order to better assist people get the help they are entitled to from FEMA and other agencies and as always she is terrific. Many of you have gotten her call and, as in the case of my family, feel much better knowing Judy is on our side and is there for us during this terrible crisis. Thank you, Judy. That's too funny. The folks that need FEMA don't have power or a phone and in some cases, no home..........so who did she think she was calling?????

I guess she figured the people who had tree limbs down and had their swimming pools overflow. The people who are in dire straights are the people without phone service. Sad that it has to be a political football now.

I guess she didn't reach anyone in Pattersonville unless she was calling their cell phones.  You do know that all of the land lines in Pattersonville were out, right?  It's one of those things you would know if you went out and helped a little out there, where Pattersonville has it's own phone company that was totally shut down due to the destruction that occurred out there.  But maybe you haven't had a chance over the past week to get out there and talk to anyone.  I did see Ms. Dagostino out there all dressed up as if she was ready to do some... chit chatting.

Well you know it is the knee and the hip, and she has to look nice so she can be ready to help the little boy when he needs "mommy" to get the step in his life plan arranged. Daddy isn't much use after all. He is overshadowed.
