Isn't there some type of nuclear reactor or something nuclear on the section of the Mohawk that is going to go over the banks.  Does anyone know?

Yeah and apparently it is only at 210 feet meaning it will be well below water apparently.  (At least that is what google's altitude data suggests)

Is it a reactor?  I sort of recall it was but it seems no one ever speaks of it anywhere.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

ROFL!

Yeah, he claimns he's going to buy a condo with "his investments"    Any adult man of his age who had money would be living in an apartment, house, or condo of his own NOW, rather than living with a couple elderly women.

But that's a mama's boy for ya.   No job, no responsiblity, lives the mama's boy life, doesn't pay taxes, doesn't even understand property taxes, makes statements but NEVER provides any proof to support what he writes.   His proven lack of any credibility proves he's never going to buy some condo there

I can't believe plex, the city, and county are seriously concering stealing from the taxpayers to build condos where there is a nuclear reactor and in a major flooding location which is sure to devalue all the property.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Isn't that what everyone looks for in a condo? A flood zone with nearby nuclear reactor.

When you glow in the dark, you are never cold at night. Who needs an expensive fireplace?

The City or Plex care about the taxpayers? Nah, would never enter their narrow minds to take fiscal responsibility when spending our money.

The Nattering Nayboobs of Negativity oppose protecting the populace because they emulate their mentor and icon --  a certain mustached manman who served as chancellor of Germany once ... who  tried to exterminate the people who were making progress.   They won't be happy until everyone is wearing brown shirts and goose-stepping down State Street.

Long live the Working Together Team!
