His 82 Ford won't fit in the parking spots.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I never go to union street or anywhere in the city unless I 'absolutely have to'. I won't venture there by choice!! Never been to rubbin butts and never would.

Quoted from rachel72

Have you even been to upper Union??? There is ALWAYS parking in front of the Karate School and if not, all the side streets have space. I've NEVER had problems down there...and I was there yesterday.

DV, this is your second failed attempt to state that 'parking' is an issue. Maybe you need to get a bike.

Parking IS an issue -- if the spaces are FULL.   That is true of the tiny public parking lots near Jay Street and this is true of the spaces along Union St.

It was much better when Jay Street was open to vehicular traffic --- we shopped there quite often ---back then.  Since they closed it off -- we have only sporadically shopped there.  And my family is not the only ones who have had the same issue with Jay Street.

Have you ever had a disabled relative who can not walk long distances?    If you did -- then maybe you would understand that it is much easier to just go to stores and restaurants where you can easily find handicapped parking spaces nearby.

This is the second time that YOU have failed to prove your point.
