WASHINGTON -- Officials have taken a man into custody after a security breach at the White House.
ABC News is reporting the White House is on lockdown Tuesday evening while officials await the arrival of the bomb squad. A backpack remains on the White House grounds.
The suspect is only described as an African American man wearing a dark shirt and white cargo shorts.
