yeah Avon... Why should our government be open full time? Better yet lets really save money and eliminate the government completely? I know mcgarry wants to eliminate the PD perhaps that's just step 1...

The positions are overpaid.....how many employees needed  to do payroll for total town employees.....???
save money.....1/2 hour lunches......why an hour for 37 1/2 work week....

Some employees have the luxury to be emailing every little bit of gossip.....texting, making personal phone
calls, on the internet.....not allowed in private business...productivity down.....

A much needed time study is needed before the next election.....see how the candidates would have to.....
  in a debate....... answer questions to justify why the town needs  an abundance  of
employees.....and where is the diversity ????  never had it in this Town....
while no one should lose their job per say....but the budget would well be served with this info....

I don't know where you get this "every position will be shared" stuff.   I certainly never said that.

I have spoken about SHARED SERVICES but that is a different topic.  One town can not share a Town Clerk with another town -- or share a Supervisor -- or share a Town Justice -- or share a Town Councilman.
