For the record, I went with my signifigent other as she went to an elderly couples house, just last week to noterize some paperwork. Traveling for them is very dificult for a variety of reseaon, so she (me in tow) went to there house and did them the service they required. Now the fact of this example is, she has been close personal friends of the family and she still visually saw them sign reviewed the document to make sure it was clear what they were signing and even took a quick look at id's with signatures to make sure there would be no question the signatures are the same.....then we went for some breakfast!
