Kirsten has been hanging around Schumer too long, she sounds just like him. Upstate New York has been promised help every time a politician runs for office and nothing has happened yet. NYS has a policy that is anti business and can't figure out why businesses are moving to states that offer business friendly tax breaks, low or no income tax, and one third the regulations that NYS forces on business.

When are folks going to realize that government does NOT create jobs!! Leave it up to the private sector. Look at the great job nys and schenectady county has done on creating public sector jobs. The state and county are going BROKE!! (not to mention the entire country)
