Mark Halperin SUSPENDED For Obama 'D*ck' Comment (VIDEO)

Mark Halperin has been suspended indefinitely by MSNBC for calling President Obama a "dick" live on air.

Is this a suspension or a suspension with pay a la the Schenectady PD?  I think if he is not going to be working, he also should not be getting paid.  That being said, it is someone on a left leaning station, so I'm surprised there's any repercussions, but he was talking about P.O., so there has to be some penalty to pay, especially handed out by MSDNC.
