ALBANY SCHOOLS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN THE AREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TIME TO POP THE CHAMPAGNE AND CELEBRATE WITH ALL OF THE WONDERFUL INTELLIGENT DEMOCRAPS WHO RUN OUR COUNTY AND CITY FOR THIS GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT!

Because bureaucrats believe more money equals better results. And when things remain unchanged, they blame the student and the family for the lack of results, because it's never the school systems fault. It's everything but...It's called having your cake and eating it too. In one hand they make the claim they need more money to overcome the lack of parental guidance at home, then when the money doesn't accomplish the promised results, they blame the parents AGIAN and ask for MORE MONEY.
Congrats SHS and the City taxpayer. Rejoice in and bask in the rays of the renaissance.
