ROTTERDAM --A 32-year-old man faces charges for allegedly running into a building while firefighters were battling the fire inside an apartment at the Maple Pine Manor Apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.
There were no reported injuries and the cause of the blaze, which occurred shortly after 6 p.m., is still being investigated.
