Because the city ISN'T doing good! Any rational minded person can see that!!! They can't even pay the money they owe the school district because of so many delinquent taxes. MILLIONS$$$$$!!!
The highest taxes in the state! The most lucrative welfare package in the state! Crime at an all time high! Gangs everywhere! TWO Hamilton Hills! Shooters on the loose! Residents fleeing, leaving their homes vacant! Scum pi$$ing on the sidewalks!

The DEM morons should take a picture of the shuttered Trustco HQ that Death Ray had to purchase for new County offices. The Gillette House is another great example of DEM "leadership",

I hear that Better Neighborhoods are building these 'green houses' in 'questionable areas'! Someone should check to see how much it is costing the taxpayers to build these homes THEN check and see how much they are selling them for!!!

I hear that Better Neighborhoods are building these 'green houses' in 'questionable areas'! Someone should check to see how much it is costing the taxpayers to build these homes THEN check and see how much they are selling them for!!!
You heard right. This was discussed during City Council committee in hushed tones. They sink over $100,000 into these unwanted eyesores and then give them any for $60,000. Nobody questions this total taxpayer ripoff because of the key word "green". The taxpayers have no green because of these DEMS pile driving the City into the dirt.
