That is a great location and with the vacant lot next door -- the two properties could be marketed for a completely new  upscale retail/office/residential building.


Just like we have people kicking the door down for the same thing you're suggesting right here in Rotterdam, you know, the NEW plan for where Wal-Mart wanted to come in, the apartments, along with those professional buildings.  Good thing that's moving forward at lightning speed.  Wonder if they'll have the apartments up and the offices open by the time your barbecue promises come to fruition.

Add 15 more lost jobs to the 1,753 lost jobs in 6 years because of McCarthy/Brucker/King's record City taxes. After 109 years the business climate Downtown is so pathetic they can no longer go on. Tell us about "revitalization" and "renaissance" one more time before Election Day- lol.
