Kids don't have to hide dirty magazines under their mattresses anymore -- they can just go to the library.
Children 13 and older can easily access hard-core porn in the city's public libraries by simply claiming to be of age on the software and clicking off the filters that block XXX-rated content.
And library patrons say it happens all the time.
"You'll see three or four kids, 13 or 14 years old, and they're all gathered around a computer giggling," said a regular at Brooklyn's central library at Grand Army Plaza.
Even kids who don't want to surf for smut can be exposed to it because they can wind up sitting next to porn gazers.
"A lot of the times, I see people watching pornography and stuff like that. The man right next to me today was watching naked women," Julio Sosa, 14, told The Post at the Jerome Branch in The Bronx.

Meanwhile, go to any Library book sale and see they are selling off books about George Washington, the founders, Ernie Pyle, heroes of WW II, books on the Civil War. All being replaced by trash and books that run down America. The left thinks we are all stupid. If you notice and bring it up, they accuse you of madness and deride you. Challenge the left and their true colors come out.

The entire cultural war over values is one in which the left has said "it is all subjective." Librarians are actually some of the farthest left leaning professions. The head of the library in Schenectady actually stated he was a librarian so that he could affect social change. If you think that the Reaganites want child porn in the libraries and the people in the Obama justice department don't, then you are not following the various policy changes and court rulings made by liberal left judges that largely go unmentioned by the mainstream media. Sick little men from Harvard are the creeps who have nullified the laws in order to sexualize children over the past 40 years, and most of them wear black robes and were appointed by democrats.

it's not the porn that is a problem as much as the inability to 'do what is right' with it.....

if a logical reasonable person looked at the issue it is a PROBLEM OF THE PARENT and their values(it's that personal)....I'M NOT PAYING FOR A LIBRARY BABYSITTER....
