In a Youtube video uploaded by the imam he said: "The western dogs are rejoicing after killing one of our Islamic lions. From Al-Aqsa Mosque, where the future caliphate will originate with the help of God, we say to them – the dogs will not rejoice too much for killing the lions. The dogs will remain dogs and the lion, even if he is dead, will remain a lion."
The imam then verbally attacked US President Barack Obama saying: "You personally instructed to kill Muslims. You should know that soon you'll hang together with Bush Junior."

WEll Bush thought you would be safer with bin Laden dead. Violence begets violence. I just came from a meeting with Muslims at St. Rose. None of us were rejoicing. Our Imam said bin Laden was terrorist and now he's gone. Mistreating his body in public is not right. Killing the grandchildren of Ghaddafi not right. Showing the dead body of Saddam wwrong. Get it?
I might add, I also was at a synagogue with an Imam before the meeting. Read it again "A SYNAGOGUE" with an Imam. A Catholic College with an Imam--are you guys listening? Jewish federation people at the same meetings. Are you listening yet?

I went to a Catholic High School that taught (Catholic) religion in every grade from 1st thru 12th. In the second half of our senior year, they taught a class on comparative religion where (since we already knew Catholicism) they taught every major religion except Catholic. It didn't preach or give any preference to any religion or compare one to another, just described what each religion believed and who were their main characters. It was enlightening!

Not that it really matters, but I went to catholic school and there was never a mention of any other religions. Actually, it was taboo! It was Catholicism all the way baby!!

Sorry you all have had a bad catholic experience. I went to st rose before I went to Syracuse. Great catholic experience and education. Respect was taught for all religions. The priest is a theologian and everything a priest should be. The nuns were wonderful. Maybe you all are so anti catholic that you are missing what the mystery really teaches. Sorry you missed out.
