Visited RECOVERY, and 1st time meal/service was "OK", nothing special.
2nd time meal/service was MEDIOCRE at best
3rd time....going someplace else.

I don't see the attraction of this place, except for the great array of TV's and what you can watch/hear....that much is really a nice setup.  Parking is ridiculous....not enough of it, so you have to park somewhere else.  Food/service is not as good as many similar type places.

Just my humble opinion.

Yeah, I have gone because my friends insisted that it was "the" place we had to meet up. So it has been 4 attempts and 4 fails on their part. Stupid stuff, like, they didn't bring my salad. Didn't bring the beer I ordered, brought my friend the wrong dish, came out and said they were out of fries, then proceeded to bring fries out on the plates for half our party! LOL! Just screwed up mistakes and total inattention to accuracy and getting the order right. Makes me wonder if they should stick with building restairants and not running them. Have no desire to go back at all.

My humble opinion as well.

$4 pint for Coors Light!

Poor beer selection - overpriced for Rotterdam.

You should realize that a brand new establishment goes through these kinds of bumps as they train their staff.  Its kind of assumed when you go to a brand new place.  I haven't been yet so obviously take it with a grain of salt.  It has to be better service then the Friendly's I took my kid to on Altamont Ave. Never again!

Agree...they are new, new staff, take it from me, you try your best to hire people who are the "right fit".  They have some bugs to work out.  Let's give them a chance.  Have been there several times, always greeted with a smile, the food is fine, and kids seem to have fun in there with the games.

My friend went last night, told me today the waitress recommended the california sandwich that had chicken avocado and tomato, that it was great. Received the sandwich yet they forgot to put the avocados on! The fail rate is about 20-25% from what I can see. And it isn't as if I have no experience in the restaurant business and business in general. I will point out that I give all food places 4 chances at least so when I go back I will report. Sloppy management and overall disappointment. But I will hope by the next time more "bugs" get worked out.

I have been there several times..... it has been great.  Ask for Becky as your server, we have had her as our waitress the last 4 times, and everything was perfect.  Yes the alcohol prices are overpriced.

Perhaps Recovery has it's place. Some prefer the small neighborhood corner bar where 'everybody knows your name'!
