When the INSANE are running the ASYLUM
In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule. -- Friedrich Nietzsche

And they have another program for unqualified buyers that lack a down payment. GE Plot, Stockade, Rotterdam, Upper Union-no wonder the resale prices in this County are in free fall.

Attention Buyers! Want to purchase in the 24th highest taxed County in the Nation? If you love dysfunctional one party government, broken roads, high crime-we have a place for you!

Quick raise the taxes and fees and that should stop people from fleeing the area.

This is a renaissance?

Is that right DV?    All these foreclosures in the city.   25% vacancy rate of houses.  Houses sitting on the market for a year waiting to be sold.   Historical homes go for back taxes.

DV, my vocabularly lessons in school indicated that the word renaissance meant things are getting better.   Can you explain how massive foreclosures are indicative of a city in the midst of a renaissanbce?    Can you explain how an almost all time high rate of vacant houses is indicative of a renaissance?    Can you explain how houses sitting for sale for a year with no interested buyers willing to move into the city is indicative of a city in the midst of a renaissance?

Well?    Response DV?

If the city is in thge midst of a renaissance, as you have said over and over again, then can you explai why no one wants to buy a house in the city?    Can ou explain that?   Of coruse not.  You won't respond because it's too embarassing to answer with the truth.

Truth hurts, doesn't it?

And if you REALLY believe the citty was in a renaissance, you would put your money where your mouth is and buy a house in the city and live in the city.  But then, you have no job, no money with which to buy a house.  You were just brown nosing to your savage girl and your BS failed mayor.   Guess they have forgotten about you because you have not been given a job, not even a lowly trash collector job in return for all your cheerleading.,

And it's obvious, the cheerleading messages on these boards have really been cut back substantially.  Guess you found it too hard to keep cheering for failures; can't take the heat much more so it's easier to stay away, huh?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
