Idk? Benny was making the big predictions!! Where did he go??? But if u care about the rule of law and democracy like u all claim to then u should care just a little that gp wins.
I have no idea what Mr. Parisi would say to this, but I can tell you if I were Mr. Parisi I'd probably borrow the following quote from a few good men:
We use words like "honor", "code", "loyalty". We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline! I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it! I would rather you just said "Thank you," and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post..."
Mr. Parisi is defending the rule of law and you question it as if it doesn't matter. Thousands of men have lost their lives on a battlefield to ensure that our system of laws can exist...Poorly armed, poorly trained, poorly fed men banded together to overthrow a king who ignored the rule of law at every turn. You apparently see no problem returning to that system...Thank god Mr. Parisi is there to ensure that doesn't happen!
How to spot a sociopath (Extracted from an article by Robert Matthews in the Sunday Telegraph Review, May 4th 1997) While such personality disorders as psychopathy, paranoia and obsession/compulsion all have strictly defined criteria, psychiatrists are still struggling to decide precisely what constitutes a socialised psychopath.
One of the more obvious characteristics of socialised psychopaths is that they give the impression of talking "at" you. Prof Jeremy Coid describes it as like being regarded as a cardboard cut-out. "Even in a sexual relationship with them, you are still just an object for their personal gratification," he says.
The following questionnaire is based on research and experiences of socialised psychopaths. For each trait, decide if it applies to the person you suspect may be a socialised psychopath, fully (2 points), partially (1 point) or not at all (0 points).
Do they have problems sustaining stable relationships, personally and in business?
Do they frequently manipulate others to achieve selfish goals, with no consideration of the effects on those manipulated?
Are they cavalier about the truth, and capable of telling lies to your face?
Do they have an air of self-importance, regardless of their true standing in society?
Have they no apparent sense of remorse, shame or guilt?
Is their charm superficial, and capable of being switched on to suit immediate ends?
Are they easily bored and demand constant stimulation?
Are their displays of human emotion unconvincing?
Do they enjoy taking risks, and acting on reckless impulse?
Are they quick to blame others for their mistakes?
As teenagers, did they resent authority, play truant and/or steal?
Do they have no qualms about sponging off others?
Are they quick to lose their temper?
Are they sexually promiscuous?
Do they have a belligerent, bullying manner?
Are they unrealistic about their long-term aims?
Do they lack any ability to empathise with others?
Would you regard them as essentially irresponsible? A score of 25 or above suggests strong psychopathic tendencies. This does not mean the person is a potential mass-murderer: socialised psychopaths are not mad, nor do they have to resort to violence. Even so, a close professional or emotional relationship with a socialised psychopath is likely to prove a damaging experience.

the rule of law is only as honest/loyal and logical when the elected lawmakers are.....ambiguous they are
as for what the heck is going on with GP.....I have no idea that was why I was asking for a time line with facts to read.....
...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

HUH!? The rule of law is ALWAYS LOGICAL and shall ALWAYS be followed...though individuals may stray, the rule of law remains constant and our system is such that the whims of those who stray from the rule of law will not endure
Senders if you can read third grade english you should know GP's position...the lawsuit was posted on this site of which I know you are very familiar with. The facts are all right there for you....thats assuming you really are interested in facts as oppossed to the normal blatent lies all over this site.

I dont know GP's position....I am not very familiar with the lawsuit....I am asking for a factual timeline of events....and as for the rule of law not creating ambiguous addendums that's a joke....our elected legislators swing higher than a pair of boxers on a clothes line for votes.....law for this law for that just to make everyone feel effective when all it does is bog down the machine to utter confusion...
character isn't built on lawsuits, but it is built on track records and I seem to have lost track of that timeline...please post if you are well aquainted with said timeline
