23 February 2012 4:56 AM Santorum campaign suggests Mitt Romney may have done deal to make Ron Paul his running mate
After tonight's debate, in which Ron Paul and Mitt Romney repeatedly attacked Rick Santorum over his 16-year record in Congress, the former US Senator for Pennsylvania hinted that something nefarious was going on.
"You have to ask Congressman Paul and Governor Romney what they've got going together," Santorum told reporters in the spin room in Mesa, Arizona. "Their commercials look a lot alike and so do their attacks."
Santorum's top strategist John Brabender went even further, charging that the two men had "joined forces" and were coordinating attacks against his man
"Clearly there's a tag team strategy between Ron Paul and Mitt Romney. For all I know, Mitt Romney might be considering Ron Paul as his running mate. Clearly there is now an alliance between those two and you saw that certainly in the debate." ......................>>>>......................>>>>.....................http://harndenblog.dailymail.c.....is-running-mate.html

The media finally admitted Ron Paul is in 2nd place in delegates, about time. This is how we win people, delegates is what matters in the end and we are doing very well so far. I suggest those who support RP here understand and learn the process.

Henry... The 'media' is speculating this morning that Ron Paul will run as Romney's VP. What do you think? Will he? If he does, will you vote for President Romney in order to get a VP Paul???

Nope I don't see Ron Paul running as VP, although some have mentioned Mitt thinking of Rand Paul to be the VP. All these theories are coming out due to the fact neither are attacking each other, my guess is this is due to the true delegate count.

No way Ron Paul would be Romney's VP, as RP stated the others are all the same.
i too am watching the delegate count : )
Santorum is just plain creepy, loved it when RP was asked about the campaign ad calling Santorum a fake and Ron Paul said because he is. Santorum being a "front" runner is going to get negative ads against him, they all have.
Box true Ron Paul supporters will not vote for anyone else.
The political pundits during this whole process have considered Ron Paul SO FAR OUT OF THE MAINSTREAM of American politics, is now making the speculation that a "Mainstream" candidate is tapping him for V.P. How do they ignore Ron Paul for MONTHS, and say he has just a "small group of enthusiastic supporters", then go and say he has broad enough appeal to be selected for VP?
This is more of an effort to create a rift and divide RP supporter by suggesting he is "selling out" to the Republican establishment. I wouldn't be to quick to believe the spin.
There are going to be a lot of very disappointed people on this board on Election day in November.

Cicero allready there are some ( a very few) on a local RP group site questioning what they heard on the news, and I wonder why now they are believing the news.
Box- I will never be disapointed being a Ron Paul supporter And will not be disapointed on election day. You really have to know his message of freedom, liberty and life to understand
I was looking for some of the videos from the Veterans for Ron Paul March to send to my Dad (who supports Obama) but he wanted to see them, think he may be coming around lol and I was reading an article and found my name mentioned in this article from the International Business Times.
