If they overstep their power then no they shouldn't apply. Should the military now be able to kill you because Obama signed the NDAA, yeah I didn't think so.
So in the "Henry/Ron Paul" government... any law that isn't IMO constitutional... I can just ignore. I decide what is and what isn't constitutional.

Government sells guns to the Mexican drug cartels and then tries to lie out of their responsibility of getting a man killed. Need almost 1 trillion for shovel ready jobs when there weren't any, WMD's in Iraq, Gulf of Tonkin, Nixon on Watergate, experimented on US Military during WW2 with radiation then lied about it. Told those who served in Vietnam that agent orange wasn't causing all the cancers they were experiencing until some independent organizations proved them wrong and they had to admit the truth. The government really does lie.

If it infringes on your rights you have every right to ignore it, although big government might not like that even though they are in the wrong they will F*ck you over.
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."

In the HenryRonPaul Govt... Every Man Decides the Law for Himself. Sounds like an interesting plan. You could call it "Freedom CHAOS!"

What a cynic. These aren't deliberate lies by the government just miscalculation.

In the boxobama govt...Every man goose steps to the demands of the majority, regardless of the immorality of the majority. He would have been a great German citizen in the 1930's. You accept all actions of a government elected by a majority. Screw a constitution or the republic.

So you believe a free society leads to chaos? Oh I see only the iron fist of government can create a civilized population through numerous laws, sheep to the slaughter.

Is that what I believe???
I believe that most laws were created for the benefit of the citizens. You seem believe that most laws were created to subdue the masses.

The constitution was created to limit federal laws. 240 congressmen were not anointed to dictate how 300 million Americans live their lives. A republic was created to prevent a tyranny of the majority. Laws aren't all bad, as long as they are more local.

A victimless law is no law at all. We have thousands of people in prison right now who never harmed a fly, however they're in there because some believe they don't have a right to their own bodies, that is the failure of democracy in action.

You don't want to dictate what people ingest? You must be some sort of anarchist. How will people survive?
A republic was created to prevent a tyranny of the majority.
Yes, a Republic: A republic is a form of government in which the people, or some significant portion of them, have supreme control over the government and where offices of state are elected or chosen by elected people.
A Republic ~ a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them.
YUP! We now have a Republic... What you propose is Anarchy. Anarchy: 1. a state of society without government or law. 2. political and social disorder due to the absence of governmental control
