Heard a true story at a friends house last night. A bellevue resident came home from work to find a small lunch bag on their porch that wasn't there when they left in the morning. It had dog poop in it.
Here's the funny part..........at some point during the day a code enforcer must have driven by and saw the lunch bag on their porch. Soooooo the code enforcer proceeded to fine the folks $50...........and why? Cause it wasn't garbage day!!!!
Ya can't make this stuff up!

Who says the City code enforcers aren't working? Did they also get written up because their street numbers are 1/4 inch too small? Very interesting. Another Only in Schenectady.
