A. To discuss the allowance for land clearing activities which would entail clearing approximately 1.5 acres of property and grading approximately 0.95 acres of land. This vacant property is known as Tax Parcel #48.00-2- 25 and is located on the southwest side of Old River Road approximately 1150 feet east of the intersection with West Campbell Road, Rotterdam, NY 12306.
Dave bancaini - the land is zoned industrial but is it is in area 2 of the aquifer. This is in the aquifer and 2 feet below the 100year flood zone. Water and sewer - is available via long pond extension
FDG - that is right next to the tower
Godlewski - how far from the wells is it
With 3-5ft of fill water will want to go somewhere else
FDG - that floods every year since I was a kid
Godlewski - you are asking us to approve the fill making this a -industrial capable property - and remember what happened at long pond
Fdg - that land was 15' higher and when I was 7 the top soil was removed from there
Wayne - let them get started
Matt and Nicki -if no one wants to speak let's close

Ms Lawler
Speaking on Resolutions -172,173,174 - this project was considered to be one project - now it is 2
What is the legal interpretation as to why
Town attorney - the project was one – on this project you need 20 percent of the neighbors of the whole parcels If it was separate you would need more
Were the signers owners
Within 100' and touching property
The end result was less than 20% based on the "Amount of land" not property owners

Dan lang - issue with stray cats - 20 cats - my neighbor started with 1 bowl and now it is 5 bowls and boxes of blanks
They are free range animals
If my dog was to sh*t on my lawn you would be pissed at me
But it is ok for cats and the owners are beyond reproach
I hope someone does not try to avoid a cat and hit a child
My neighbor denys owner ship
Cats have reached a level beyond foreign diplomats as we cannot send the cats home
AT THIS POINT LAUGHTER BREAKSOUT
Can we need a town ordnance stating if you feed them then you are the owner
At what point do we say enough ????????????????????
FDG - just call the animal Officer
Bob - the cat was beat to death - code enforcement
Mr. Lang the code enforcer - says they(the cats) are no ones cats and they are like a squirrel with benefits
I can trap cats and bring them to the pound and get charged $20 each
Bob - we will need to have legal council on this
FDG – cracks a joke about cats having nine lives – very funny
Kelly (calm kelly)- I know what this guy is going thru
The cat population is overwhelming
The lic law on the books was not my preferred version - this should be addressed at the state level
The intention was to amend the town code
Feeders should be considered the owners
Cats are a public health issue
Fdg- is this gonna take long
