Kelly you make it sound like BM was evil and poor ND was completely innocent.... I heard that ND had a list of candidates she wouldn't run with...And coincidentally they were the same people you hate... Perhaps you were doing the same thing you accuse BL of doing. People that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones...

..but the point is the NNTP will only support the Rep candidates they support
while expecting the entire Rep Party to support all of theirs.

Well it's about damn time that a party...and yes I know it's not an actual party....has a strong conservative base and ideology and values that they stand strong on and try to uphold. Would you prefer them to follow in step with the dem-o-cons?   The dem-o-cons are tainted and folks are just beginning to take notice of that fact. FINALLY!!

The nntp folks appear to have a strong platform. A platform and ideology that they apparently take very seriously! Unlike some of the others. I call this refreshing and apparently a new concept for rotterdam.

Both BM and ND will be on the ballot. As far as Ms Lazzari, if she has to be replaced, there are many qualified candidates including FS. Don't believe for a minute that the NNTP will endorse any DEMS. It is what it is. We can quibble over minor details or work together to improve the County Leg and TB. No way will either be as bad in 2012 as they are now.

I agree that change is badly needed at all levels in the county. And for those who try to convolute this election with nonsense,, should not be considered a viable candidate. imho

Benny where are you getting this from??? The NNTP non-Party will only "endorse" the Republican candidates they choose while
they expect the real Parties without which they cannot win to endorse them....that's not unity...it's blackmail....

So is that any different than ND and the Conservative Party?  The Republicans endorse Nicki, is the Conservative Party endorsing the full slate of Republicans?  As long as Nicki plays by the rules of the party, it's fair play?  She ran as a Democrat for crissake.  Shopping for endorsement to whatever party will take you isn't blackmail?

How about this Gadfly, instead of calling it the NNTP, we can call it the NNTC or the No New Tax Caucus.  Does that work for you?  Can a caucus exist in the Republican Party without you getting all bent out of shape.  After all, your Conservative Party is run by the police union caucus. I think working together with the NNTC is healthy for the Republican Party.  Maybe you should be concerned about forming a caucus within YOUR party to bring a little balance and sanity back to it.

Well I don't know who they are or how you attach them to me...names, please. What are the 'accusations' against BL?

Oh come on Cis...you know that Hamilton et al are practically allergic to Republicans - lol. ND didn't shop for endorsements...I know
you refuse to accept this but as I have said...both of the major Parties wanted her to run.

Whatever label you choose doesn't need to work or not work for me...why are you so concerned about it?

We already formed a "Caucus" Cis...where were you??????

And by the way...you and BT should be reminded that for as long as cross endorsements continue, the members of the minor
Parties have a legitimate interest in the major Party candidates whenever they are seeking their endorsements...which they
always do.

You are the one concerned with the label "party" in NNTP...So I thought I would change it for you for conversation sake.  It's a conservative caucus consisting of Republican/Former Conservative Party candidates that used a ballot initiative to get on the ballot.  I just want to make sure we have an accurate description of the NNTP/C going forward.

Ok, then she accepts any endorsement of a party regardless of the party's platform.  She switch from republican to conservative and ran on the democrat line, now back to running on the republican line as a conservative.

No Cis...as I said, again, she had the choice...she rejected the Dems and chose the GOP....pretty simple.

Ya know Cis you have the most uncanny way of twisting statements and putting words into the mouths of others when it's
convenient...eerily similar to John Mertz...he always did that.

How much different was the Democrat Party 2 years ago?  What changed about the Schenectady County Democrat Party in these past two year that compelled her to not accept the Democrat endorsement?

Gadfly...unfortunately for BM there was no quorem, and no vote, accdg to my sources.  ND should be the super candidate not BM and that bogus vote that took place will be redone so time will tell who the endorsedsuoer candidate is from GOP

Are all these bloggers who want to control the gop endorsements on the committee.  If not they have ZEROsay in the matter!!!  BM will not be the endorsed GOP candidate, thats. Whhat i am hearing from actual gop committee ppl.  Who actually have a say!  ND has more support then BM did in that mtg where some of the alleged votes were from non-committee ppl, not to mention a few bogus proxies.

Are you saying that Ms. Donovan, the rotterdam rep chair, doesn't know what a quorem is? Are you implying that she allowed this bogus vote 'for a reason'? Or are you implying that she is just incompetent?

OR perhaps you are just spewing rhetoric.....perhaps?
