IMH!  Does that mean you lost AGAIN????????  What are you, like 0-20 at this point? Poor Jerry, you win a little lawsuiton a technicality, then still get embarrASSed .  Looks like Buchanan took you to classes like a child.  Buchanan for President I say!  Laugh if you want, but he's a much more realistic candidate than Jerry.

ROTTERDAM
Following loss in court, GOP endorses new slate

BY JUSTIN MASON Gazette Reporter
Reach Gazette reporter Justin Mason at 395-3113 or jmason@dailygazette.net.

Former Rotterdam Republican Committee Chairman Gerard Parisi won his court battle to invalidate his party’s endorsements, but GOP leaders went ahead and ratified a very similar slate of candidates Monday.
Schenectady County Supreme Court Judge Vincent Reilly ruled that the committee failed to send Parisi notice of the meeting in the requisite fi ve days. The notice was mailed five days before April’s endorsement meeting, but Parisi didn’t receive it until three days before the advertised date.
“Under the town committee by-laws, this was insuffi cient notice,” he wrote in the May 31 ruling received by Parisi over the weekend.
But the Republicans didn’t wait long to hammer out a new slate that has nearly all of the same candidates.
The town’s committee met briefl y Monday evening to name Joe Villano and Stan Marchinkowski as the respective replacements for Town Board candidate Aurelia Lazzari and county Legislature nominee Nicola DiLeva, after both women decided against running.
Afterward, the county Republican Committee endorsed the slate. Town Committee Chairwoman Tracy Donovan said the county committee is ultimately tasked with ratifying the town’s choices, meaning the vote should stand as legitimate.
“Despite the lawsuit we went through the proper steps,” she said after the meeting. .........................>>>>..............................>>>>......................http://www.dailygazette.net/De.....r00801&AppName=1

Maybe? But it is nice to see you endorse BRIAN MCGARRY FOR SUPERVISOR! Thank you RON!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Nice to  see that since mcgoofy doesn't have the support of the majority of the rotterdam committee that those in nisky, glenville, d'burg, and the city came in and endorsed candidates for rotterdam. Nothing like having outsiders determine who your elected officials are....I seem to remember a war being fought over this.......

With friends like that? The big lawsuit was a big nothing. A slight delay-nothing more. The REP town slate looks better than ever. Joe Villano is a great candidate for Town Board. Anything is better than the all DEM funny farm now imploding together. Had enough-YET?

I don't care if DEMS have 10 lines-they have to run on their pathetic record. FS had one line and got 45% of the vote before it hit the fan.

Hey B.S., you can vote Dem if you like that slate, or not vote at all if that suits your pleasure.  Or better yet, primary for a spot for yourself where you will have an opportunity to make Rotterdam a GREAT place to live!

That's right because I don't support your mcgoofy im a liberal dem. NO!!!! Don't ya think it's telling that in order to be endorsed the goof had to go to people outside of rotterdam to endorse him? We don't want him! He isn't endorsed by rotterdam! He isn't supported in rotterdam and unfortunately there will be another dem super because of mcgoofy this is the second time he has caused a dem to win...I'm starting to think he's a dem plant!

We had a strong candidate however she decided not to run...Why? Because the Goofster said if he wasnt endorsed he'd primary thus doing to her what he did to tommasone! Yeah. No. Big. Deal. The goofster is the epitome of im taking my ball and going home only problem is his sandbox is the town and his ball is the supervisors office! I just hope after he loses for the second time that he fades away into oblivian!!!!!!!! if he continues to threaten candidates and chase candidates out of the race so he can try to win it'd be very unfortunate. For someone who claims not to be a politician he is as dirty as they come!

Nicky is a big girl, she can fend for herself, we've all seen her in action.  So you would have the forum believe that McGarry "bullied" her?  LOL   So she was SO intimidated, she dropped her bid for Super. and defaulted to Leg.?  And I suppose McGarry "bullied" her to drop out of that race too!  You guys are a riot, you're all so full of yourselves!  Bottomline, when it was time to move with "your alleged" candidtates, you were all sleeping at the helm and couldn't get out of your own way!
