Well, until the judge gives an actual determination on this, it IS nothing but speculation, but the people are allowed to have their own feelings on the issue... unless you're trying to say that they shouldn't.

No one has questioned me about it...not even a single Republican, let alone anyone else. So who's questioning it, you? An out
of Town resident with no Party affiliation? lol

I wouldn't call attending what should have been an open hearing in the courtroom, as opposed to closed chambers, deep
involvement. In one sentence you acknowledge my sharing information with the public they otherwise would not have at this
point...and in the next you question it.

Why do you even care??? These are not candidates who will affect you...only Rotterdamians, which includes myself...regardless
of my Party enrollment. I have no involvement with the internal affairs of the Republican Party but the conservative members
of my Party certainly have a legitimate interest because they are the ones the Republican candidates will rely on when the Krat
slaves that run our local Party reject them.

I don't think the con party has a legitimate interest in the results of this 'inner rep party' spitting match. Or did the con party send you to get the details? Just don't make any sense!

I have already stated the valid reason...just because you don't 'think' so doesn't invalidate it.

Nobody 'sends' me to seek information of any kind...I'm perfectly capable of deciding what information I consider worthy of pursuit...and anything
that may affect the Republican candidates that the conservative members of the local CP will likely support will always be of legitimate interest to
them. If you could determine what is legitimate you would know that the majority of the local Party members are not 'copservatives' and 'democons'
as you always insist...so it comes as no surprise that it makes no sense to you.

Juggling candidates
Marv Cermak

Republicans are doing a lot of juggling to come up with candidates for the Schenectady County Legislature seats from the Rotterdam-Duanesburg-Princetown district.
Nicki DiLeva, a Conservative, had nailed down a Republican endorsement, but insiders said she decided not to run in a district where two candidates are needed.
Word has it party leaders are considering endorsing Wade Abbott and Chris Tomaselli. Abbott was one of the prime movers in the origination of the Tea Party movement in the Capital Region.
Tomaselli, a chiropractor, was lined up for a Rotterdam Town Board endorsement. Now, GOP leaders believe he can play a larger role running for the county Legislature.
Whoever the Republicans wind up endorsing will run against incumbent Democrats Tony Jasenski and Angelo Santabarbara, the latter a GOP convert.

Abbott / Tomaselli vs. Jasenski / Santabarbara.  Ought to be an interesting election season, and good for the Republicans.

That would be a great move on the part of the GOP...I think Tomaselli would win either race.

Who is being considered by the Republicans for the position on the Town Board that Tomaselli will not run for?

SOunds like a typical GREEDERELLI move.   All he wants is a sucker to run for county in District 4 so that he can try and slide in to the county leg in the city.  The more other candidates to distract the Dems from hammerring him the better.  I thought Tomaselli was smarter than that but there is no end to who Greederelli will sell down the river for his own benefit.

The Dems are probably laughing at the chaos in the repub party.

Chris Tommaselli is a great choice for County Legislature. We could use a profession on that joke Legislature. What has this to do with PG? He will cakewalk over the buffoons in the City. As usual Lantern has it arse backwards. The City DEMS will for once be pinned down on their turf and cannot flood over the towns.
