Mazzone's future success may be closely tied to the GlobalFoundries plant, which will soon be moving employees into its 1.3 million-square-foot computer chip manufacturing facility. The complex will one day house 1,400 employees and perhaps hundreds more.

Mazzone says he will bid on the food service contract for the plant. And GlobalFoundries has room for two more factories and is expected to attract hundreds of additional suppliers.

"We're hoping we've done all the right things," Mazzone said. "The feeding tent has been an incredible success."

Travis Bullard, a spokesman for GlobalFoundries, said a dining vendor has not yet been selected for the chip fab.

Now I have nothing against an honest succesful business person  BUT isn't there a oonflict of interest when the Golubs and Mazzone's are into Metroplex etc?  You know hes going to get the job.
