Nicki - Normally the moa's are signed before they come before the board
Attorney - In the past the agreement would be negotiated before comming to the board
This one we are bringing this to the union
Nicki - I would like the to see a signed moa before voting on this issue - thus table this resolution
Clark Collins (a Union Voice) - this is her salary for this year then we would negotiate the steps but you cannot lessen her base pay
Bob - that will be her salary next year but don't assume that his will be the starting salary ranges in the new contract but the employee will the same as last year but she will fall within the range of the salary

Authorize Supervisor to execute a Memorandum of Agreement between the
Town of Rotterdam and Laurel A. Komazenski for the position of
Information Processing Specialist II, at an annual salary rate of $36,690.00,
effective February 23, 2011.

To amend §270 of the Town Code of the Town of Rotterdam to Provide
for Mandatory Training and Attendance at Regularly Scheduled Meetings
for Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals Members.

For a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Change of Zone request on
approximately 36,275 square feet of property from Single Family
Residential (R-1) to Retail Business (B-1), on a portion of Tax Map
Number 59.18-4-26.2 and all of 59.18-4-26.1 located at 2984 Hamburg
Street, Schenectady, New York, 12306. The applicant (Sons of Italy)
proposes to convert the single family residence located directly behind the
lodge to meeting space and enlarge the existing parking lot.

Mr. Milio - on resolution 158.11 Locate the police dept in the old grand union
The business' would love to have the RPD move to the old grand union
The area for the court room is unsafe due to the amount of people present
The hamberg st association has secured a tip grant
Other studies were westcost rd 7.5 and 10.5 million dollars
We would love to see the numbers on the grand union location
We also have a sewer problem we need help with
Ms. Carter - rott business assoc - paul said it all

Lisa jackie - mgr of 1st national bank of. Scotia the bank was robbed 4 years ago thus we look forward to the police station across the street

disturbance activities which would entail clearing approximately 1.5 acres of
property and grading approximately 0.95 acres of property located in Zone 2 of the
Aquifer Overlay District. The subject property is known as Tax Parcel #48.00-225,
located on the southwest side of Old River Road in Rotterdam, New York.

Frank - this $$ money when I took office. The senior ctr kitchen was not legal in the basement to the ground floor and I said I would
Tony Severa and Mr Eats did the work
Costs were 40k and I said we could do this
I donated the sheet rock
We got paper work saying we were getting a grant for 10k from Mr Farley and use the rest from salary and 1k from the elks clubs
We used 10,600
Meanwhile diane marco foiled for the paper work that I never pay for any $$ and we never got the grant
And where did my money go to, It went to the general fund
And this resolution is to transfer my $$
we completed the Kitchen for 30 k less
I signed the papers today to get the Farley Grant
This resolution says the rightful money that belongs to me go the senior center
Diane - the reason I foiled is the seniors said FDG paid for the kitchen
I did not see this in the paper work
i also did not see the Farley Grant $$
I think the paperwork got lost when mike godlewski transferred out
I just wanted truth

and we voted down the additional money for a tax district why would you consider REMS

Ms Marcoo - I sent a memo before i left the town about the usage of the kitchen in the senior ctr and we could generate some revenue if the kitchen were rented out
On the veterans memorial you have transferred 4252 and was transferred to the correct fund
FDG - Several business people put up some $$$, We are not taking any more donations
and on this memorial it will have bronze stars

request is made that the town go out to bid for demolation of the properties in accordance with
Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Law and follow the proper procedure for demolation and submit the bill to the
property owner if they are not cleaned up and removed
