Its almost 8:30 at night, anyone else seen the helicopter hovering and the 'strange" red light near it? It was over by GE now at 8:39 in the union St area. The weird thing is when it was down near GE there were two red lights VERY far apart. Now that its by Union area just normal lights.
Cicero we were posting the same time, I updated my post mentioning Union area. My sons said earlier today there was a helicopter with the two blades around the area, guess there was a car jacking. But can't imagine this helicopter has anything to do with that as no search light etc.

Could be, there has been a few helicopters flying around, not to sound nuts but there isn't really any planes flying around Schenectady tonight. Go look outside.

I noticed the lack of planes/jets also, always see them flying from Albany Airport. When I was out watching the helicopters, there were two after the first one, the only planes I saw took off from Sch'dy Airport. That really large army one and a few smaller ones.
