"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

And a new Papa John's! And a governmental gin mill the worst in the chain! Smells like renaissance-especially at Town Hall. Thank you DEM implosion team. Keep voting straight DEM for higher taxes and more governmental handouts.
I am not against gin mills and pizza joints popping up in the county. If that is what the market dictates, then that is how capitalism works.
What I am against, is the government selling them buildings for a buck, then giving them tax exempt status, 0% loans, relocating businesses from one end of the county to another and buying up taxable properties and turning them into parking lots at the taxpayer's expense. WITH no return on the taxpayer's investment.
Healthy capitalism, left to it's original design, will be the plumb line for realistic economic growth. For example....if businesses, on their own accord, do not 'choose' to come to schenectady, that is a sure realistic sign that schenectady, as it sits, is not favorable for economic growth.
Before the plex was 'invented', the elected officials should have done their homework. They clearly missed some major issues. They should have first lowered the eligibility and benefits associated with welfare handouts. Second, they should have updated, properly maintained and repaired ALL infrastructure. Third, they should have aggressively focused on reducing crime as to make the city safe. Fourth, they should have been pro active in cutting spending at all levels. It appears that they did things a$$ backwards.
This is NOT how capitalism works. This is how socialism works.
The next 'new' administration will have to go back to square one and rebuild all over again........the right way!!
