There's nowhere downtown to buy a cup o' joe.  LOL.  The Muddy Cup did so well, that they too, went out of business.

I give it less than a year.  That is, unless they were given millions of dollars from Metroplex in corporate welfare
(startup costs, facade grants, PILOTS, environmental remediation, etc.)
