How can the council just now be taking up the matter of written terms of employment for these highly paid positions? Let go of your ignorant "planning" notions and do your jobs, and perhaps the city won't be decaying around you while downtown dances on the deck of the Titanic. Sheesh.

The City Council President is also the Mayor and a fulltime County employee. It's a one horse town and the horse is sick. Nobody says nuthin-nobody demands that he resign from the City Council and allow that to be put up for election this November. McCarthy's trying to sit on 3 chairs and wondering why they all keep toppling over.
