Property values down and YOU state that is "moving in the right direction" ??? Taxes going HUGE BIG TIME up and yOU state that is "moving in the right direction" ??? TAXABLE tax base WAY WAY WAY WAY DOWN DOWN DOWN, and YOU state that is "moving in the right direction" ??? Wow you really are brown-nosing McC, aren't you. You hoping he'll get the homeowners to pay your rent in one of these "rent too high" apartments when your two mommies leave this world? The ONLY reason you won't respond is because you tell LIES and you have NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER, not ONE TEENY WEENY shred of evidence to support the claims you make. You just want go on on pretending like everything is wonderful in Schenectady. People should ignore the taxes and just pay them without complaining. People losing money on their homes, no problem. People at risk of losing their homes because they can't afford to pay the taxes of the millionaires downtown, oh that's ok that people lose their homes, that's not negative, that's a positive for the city when people lose their homes. It's absolutely wonderful that the TAXABLE tax base in the city is plummeting big time. Right? The city is in big time deep doo doo, the homeonwers will have to bail them out while McC's closest buddies avoid paying the high taxes -- but there's nothing wrong with that. Residents and homeowners mustn't be told of any of this. Shove it under the rug.
