Might be reading it wrong but on page 2 lists payment in lieu of taxes quarterly for 2010 $609,670 but for 2011 it goes down to $546,304 . I thought in the metroplex press release and the Gazette article metroplex said payments increase each year?
Also how many offices are rented in city hall? I know Tonko but what others as the rent total for both years $7,800.
