18.  Residents should have an opportunity to comment prior to each resolution as it is being discussed & voted on rather than en masse at the beginning of the meeting.

19.  The Town Board needs to make the meeting videos accessible to the residents...both on the Town website and by working things out with OSM so they can be broadcast on television  TRANSPARENCY!!!
