I sure hope many not only speak about this incident. The people of Schenectady need to know what kind of possible mayor they will be dealing with. A guy who violates federal HIPPA (health privacy laws) by basically verbally stating on live TV about someone's apparent issues and then to explain how he knows that the speaker has issues.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
