What kind of scheme?

Revenues-DOWN. Taxes-UP. And then when the State tries to offer these City DEM morons a lifeline, a generous State grant-the DEM morons reject it! They prefer a taxpayer funded production studio! So they can film infomercials for a station no one ever watches.

     You can't make this up. It's like McCarthy's mouth is moving and Mercury Morris is speaking. If only they can control the message our finances will turn around? And the DEMS are seriously thinking about running Gary McCarthy for Mayor against Roger Hull? This is a total redo.

Maybe they can use the empty room for a "time out  room" for the Nattering Nayboobs of Negativity.

As long as some space in the City is being rented and the Schenectady taxpayers get some of their money back, you can rent it out to circus monkeys for all I care. Why doesn't McCarthy use some of the rooms in the $2.4 million dollar former Trustco Building for his infomercials. No one pays taxes and no one's renting it.

At least there are willing renters for this space....take the money!!!!!!!!!

     Comments like this are why the DEMS will be swept from every office in November. While you keep attacking the REPS, the Alliance Party is at the door.
