The last time there was a last minute "special" meeting the REMS vote was schduled under the guise of a "budget presentation". Given FDG's
comments in today's Gazette about a REMS audit, I wouldn't be surprised if ems/REMS is a subject of discussion in the executive session
scheduled for 6pm, between the 5pm agenda meeting and the 7pm "special meeting".

All I know is they better not be trying to backdoor us with REMS after all that's happened with them.

I tried to ask FDG about it while I was at Town Hall today but BG tried to slam me in the door while I was talking to him !

Well, at the very least, they are giving enough notice on this meeting for it to be legal.

yeah a piece of paper taped to the town hall door

FDG - a conservative at heart

OK, so I realize some of this needed to get done, but what is it that was on this agenda that couldn't wait another 48 hours to be done as part of the regularly scheduled board meeting.  Also, I realize the meetings haven't been making it to SACC to be broadcast or put on the website, but was this emergency meeting actually taped, or was there no camera to keep track?
