Federal Judges ruled it the law unconstitutional, you know, that darn piece of paper that guarantees our liberties. This decision to deem Obamacare unconstitutional isn't legislation passed by Republicans.  It's twisted logic to blame Republicans for challenging the constitutionality of a law.

Box, you do understand how our government is set up don't you?  I know that you think a good justice is one that knows how to reinterpret the Constitution in order to justify totalitarian liberal laws.

It is nice to know there are still federal judges out there that value the words in the Constitution.  And yes, I think the patriot act is unconstitutional also.


BTW, this guy is a poor excuse for a Bill Mahr wanna-be.

The only thing I agree with him on is the right to buy on an open market, if you can find the drugs or care cheaper somewhere else good for you. On the other hand the government should have no business in the healthcare business, healthcare is not a right the sooner the government understands that the better.
