Egypt blames U.S. for fomenting uprising

TEL AVIV – The Egyptian government suspects elements of the current uprising there, particularly political aspects, are being coordinated with the U.S. State Department, WND has learned.

A senior Egyptian diplomat told WND today the regime of President Hosni Mubarak suspects the U.S. has been aiding protest planning by Mohamed ElBaradei, who is seen as one of the main opposition leaders in Cairo.

ElBaradei, former International Atomic Energy Agency chief, has reinvented himself as a campaigner for "reform" in Egypt. He is a candidate for this year's scheduled presidential elections.

ElBaradei arrived in Cairo just after last week's protests began and is reportedly being confined to his home by Egyptian security forces.

He is seen as an ally of the Muslim Brotherhood, the main opposition force in Egypt.

The Brotherhood seeks to spread Islam around the world, in large part using nonviolent means. Hamas and al-Qaida are violent Brotherhood offshoots..................>>>>...............>>>>..............Read more: Egypt blames U.S. for fomenting uprising http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=257213#ixzz1CcFbInN0

You really need to look at the credibility of this source, World Net Daily.
The admittedly Right Wing site has had several questionable articles that reflect not just a "right wing" slant but an Extremist view.

An example:
Two days after  the September 11 attacks,  WND published a piece by  Anthony  LoBaido about what he regarded as "the moral depravity of America in general and New York in particular, asking whether, "God (has) raised up Shiite Islam as a sword against America."

Not your typical Conservative view.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

MSNBC blamed Sarah Palin and Tea Party supporters for the Tucson shooting.  Dan Rather on CBS aired a totally fabricated anti-Bush National Guard story a few week from the presidential election in hopes of swaying the election.  Talk about hacks!  I could go on and on with examples of what you consider non-bias and reputable.

Did you hear Joe Biden? Another foot in mouth classic. He stated that the prime minister was not a dictator-lol. This mess was fueled by Obama's double talk. But when students and women were shot on the street in Iran-he said nothing. Hillary is also speaking at of both sides of her mouth. Billions in foreign aid wasted to prop up a tyrant.

The U.S. expects that the protests in Egypt will lead to free and fair elections as part of an "orderly" transition to "real democracy."

Who cares? She also has a long history of supporting Mubarek. This whole administration looks confused and  weak.

Where was Hillary on the Iran protests? Strangely silent. She refused to support the students and women trying to overthrow that murderous dictatorship. Why? The Egyptians see Made in the USA on the tear gas canisters.

It isn't legitimate news until Rachel Maddow reports it.

In some people's opinion anyway.  Wonder how Rachel / MSNBC is doing in the rankings?  Probably somewhere beneath pond scum, like always.

If obama has deep rooted muslim beliefs, that makes him an anti-semite against the jews........which in turn would make in favor of this take over. Egypt was a friend of Israel. Perhaps after the smoke clears....they will no longer be.

.............as the story unfolds.............

If the muslim brotherhood succeeds at taking over egypt, this country 'may' be in for some substantial changes. The muslim brotherhood could use oil as it's barganing chip for this country. They will then have the power to make us or break us financially. And this country along with the rest of the world is teetering on financial collapse.

Everyone knows that the brotherhood has supported muslim terrorists. They are hell bent on destroying 'the west'. They may just get their wish.

It's too bad we didn't 'drill baby drill' 40 years ago.

Flash back.......how did the Iran conflict turn out when carter was in office? And that conflict pales in comparison to this one!

one!

If we had done as you suggest and "drill baby drill" 40 years ago... think about it...
The oil we pumped in that 40 years would be consumed, and the USA would have 40 years LESS of oil on it's soil for when the world's oil pump really does run dry.

All 40 years of drilling would have accomplished is cheaper oil then and less reserves now.

Then it appears that we will ALWAYS be dependent on foreign oil and at the mercy of OPEC. This has been a major topic since Carter was in office, and we are no father ahead than we were then. Billions of dollars wasted on alternative energy and the best we could come up with was CORN! Pathetic!

was just a cog in the machine that has been running since the invention of the engine powered car.....THEY DID HAVE OTHER CHOICES
in the mean time....ALOT of folks made ALOT of $$$...good for them, that is why this is America......the intertwining of the
resources was a little later.....
