the spineless Greiesmer(GQ) is one of the leading causes of the down fall of this town in the last 10 years

properties on broadway, altamont ave and now this one should have been razed years ago

but,

it apears he is tooooooo afraid he will offend the property owner by billing them for the service of demolation at a prevailing wage via a mechanics lein on the property

Mr GQ should worry less about which chick he wants to impress(all the hot ones are married) and get to work

the list is getting longer:
water mains
sewer plant
sewer service
water tanks
fences on the town parks

for those who dont give a sh!t

shape up or ship out

"dont let schenectady happen here"

Another one of Steve T's inside circle!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

who cares who's circle

the position serves the entire town not one or two residents, board members or administrators

when it comes to snow - this town gets it

when it comes to signs, falling down buildings  - this town fails

How about the corner of guilderland ave and curry in rotterdam? Now THAT looks like a war zone! Broken windows, burned buildings, siding falling off......safe?

I hear the 1stClassProducts site just cleared the insurance companies and will be cleared up as soon as the crews can get in safely to remove the debris (hopefully in the next few weeks). No word yet on rebuilding plans. Not sure on the apartments/stores on the corner.

Correct, Flying J owns 880 and the farm (which also has multiple broken windows)...they are both a mess.  NAI Platform has the 'available' signs on the farm property but apparently no bites.

how about the green 2story house on Altamont.....are we just going to wait for it to fall into the street so that Rotterdam can get a spot on YNN?

Not anymore. Flying J went belly up. I heard that Pilot bought them out.

Also the green house on altamont ave is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Has rotterdam's code enforcer/town supervisor, tried to contact the owner of the property?

Flyin J emerged from bankruptcy and merged with Pilot in June 2010
