The victims were treated at Albany Medical Center following the 5:41 a.m. attack. They were later released from the hospital.
Hey, I know this isn't real important....but why where they treated at AMC and not Ellis? No insurance?? Or was Ellis ER over crowded?

SCHENECTADY Stabbing victim able to summon police during attack Police say two suspects’ motive was to rob residents BY STEVEN COOK Gazette Reporter Reach Gazette reporter Steven Cook at 395-3122 or scook@dailygazette.com.
The attackers stole the woman’s cellphone, but by then, police were already on the way. The woman, one of three people who were stabbed Wednesday morning in what a family member called a home invasion and police called a botched robbery, handed over $300 from her purse to one of the attackers. She was then dragged to the dining room where, lying face down on the fl oor, attacker Luvadollar Godallah stabbed her, according to papers filed in court. Godallah, 31, and co-defendant James T. Tedeschi, 26, both of 504 Chiswell Road, were arraigned Thursday morning on multiple felony counts, including fi rst-degree assault and fi rst-degree burglary. The two are accused of stabbing three people inside 2122 Guilderland Ave., upstairs. All three have since been released from the hospital and are recovering. Attending the arraignments was Allen Eichstadt, the stepfather of the woman and another victim. Eichstadt sat through Godallah’s arraignment without incident, but was ushered out of Tedeschi’s court appearance after making a noise that disrupted the proceedings. ...................>>>>.............>>>>................http://www.dailygazette.net/De.....r01400&AppName=1

This was yet another major crime in the miracle city and DV has not commented........not one comment.
Much too embarrassed to admit that crime is running rampant throughout the city, much too embarrassed to admit that neighborhoods are being ignored, much to embarrassed to admit that it's wrong to be giving tax dollars to millionaires while people are fleeing the the city.
And of course, he just will not say one word in opposition to the LOL (lack of leadership) team of Savage-Gillen-and the SOS (Symbol of Socialism) Stratton and all the stealing from the taxpayers, making the taxpayers pay taxes of the millionaires while the taxpayers struggle and the neighborhoods are failing.
Nope, the equally socialist DV won't comment on yet another crime in this city. And, this particular crime, getting close to the house in which he lives off the taxpayer dole

SCHENECTADY — A twice-convicted felon received 24 years to life in prison for a home invasion last year in which three people were stabbed inside a Bellevue residence that authorities described as a drug house.
Luvadollar Godallah, 31, was sentenced Tuesday as a persistent violent felon in Schenectady County Court because of two prior burglaries. The penalty also was double what prosecutors offered him before a criminal trial ended in March with the Bronx transplant being convicted of six charges each of assault and burglary as well as child endangerment. He was cleared of nine charges of robbery.
One of his victims, Anthony Nieves, wrote a letter that was read in court Tuesday about the physical, emotional, and financial toll the attack in the winter of 2011 had on him and his family.
He was stabbed in the leg, back of the head, arm and neck, and said pain in his back and head have adversely affected his ability to do his job and play with his 4-year-old son.
His son "is afraid of the dark because he thinks the bad guys are in his room and will get him," the letter indicates. Godallah's "actions have caused a financial burden to me and my family."
Godallah and his accomplice, James Tedeschi, 26, also stabbed two other residents of the Guilderland Avenue home. One woman was stabbed in front of her young son, authorities said.
Court documents say Godallah forced the woman to fill a garbage bag with video game systems, cash and a box with marijuana. She gave Godallah $300 from her purse before he dragged her into the dining room and stabbed her again while she was facedown on the floor, records show.
On Tuesday, defense attorney James Walsh, who had argued that police got the wrong man, recounted Godallah's tough upbringing. He asked the judge to sentence his client to 20 years.
In addressing the court, Godallah said he plans to appeal his conviction.
Schenectady County Judge Karen Drago, who presided over Godallah's trial, said she was convinced of his guilt and that "communities have to be protected from people like you."
"I heard no remorse from you," she said. "I heard nothing to even suggest you would change your ways."
Tedeschi, who earlier pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery, is scheduled to receive a maximum of 10 years when Drago sentences him on Sept. 14, the prosecutor said. Drago will determine how much time he gets.
My understanding is they were working a drug/prostitution ring, that's how they supported their family....
