DVOR refuses to see that when a huge bank building comes off the tax rolls the residents have to pay more. Multiple this 50X with Death Ray's "work". No wonder the City can't pay for police and fire.

     Soon, Mercury Morris will be begging for yet another handout. Muddy Cup@Proctor's has been a joke. No one goes there except when Farmer's Market is indoors. It is the worst of the chains locations.

I know for a fact that the Muddy Cup has had problems at all of its locations.  IMHO the fault lies with the
establishment NOT with where it is located.

Also, I look forward to the opening of the banquet hall in the old Key Bank building.
