Cross training means exactly that....any and all positions can and should be able to be handled by others. I mean come on....any one can go into the rotterdam TH at any given time, and it surely is not a bustling building. Most of the time, it is so quiet, that you can hear a pin drop.
So yes....if the powers that be implemented cross training, there should NEVER be a position or dept not open or covered. That is the purpose of cross training.....yes? |

The same thing happened in the Supervisor's office last week...I got there at 4:40...lights were out and it was locked up. |
