So now they are blaming Mayor Stratton for scheduling a winter storm with snow/sleet/freezing rain and ice just to keep attendance down at a city council meeting. Mayor Stratton and the City Democrats must really be powerful if they can control the weather.

It is government's job (stratton) to keep the roads clear when he is forewarned about an impeding snow storm. There should be an implemented plan.
