In a move for addt. financing, the developer is seeking Hist Desg. of the bldg. to qualify for these funds.  Irony here is with the Alco's RICH HISTORICAL background(certainly more than the proposed YMCA tenants bldg.) not 1 bldg. which was requested to be saved housing a museum of Alco history, will be allocated/saved.   Historical Hypocrisy?
