Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Here's another one.  

Stratton should be looking at IRS records to see if these landlords are claiming the taxes as a deduction, when they aren't paying them.  

Does anyone think Stratton would do that?   ROFL, he clearly does not act in the best interest of the taxpayers

Also, when they do pay taxes with penalties, I don't think they should be deducting penalties, but hell, no one probably checks.  Just like Stratton taking away peoples tax deductions because "fees" are not deductible
