well .... moving on to more important matters .... I hear that some folks are upset that they did not
make my original list

I already explained that except for Matt Martin .. I preferred not to include current members of the board.

There are probably many others who could make the list ... like Ralph Salerno or Barry Gray or Arlene Gallucci
.... just to name a few memorable board members or community leaders from the recent past.

If I had known that so many people wanted to be named to my list .. I would have auctioned off the
5 slots to the 5 highest bidders.

Dump em all! They have all failed rotterdam miserably!

time for change! Time for the NNTP!!

My dream board for rotterdam would be McGarry supervisor, Mertz, Oconner and tomasselli. The last one would be one or some of the people who have gotten up to speak at numerous rotterdam town board meetings. ex: Ms. Lawler. Rotterdam has some great conservative, honest, residents out there that would be great on the town board.

Mertz and O'Connor --- now there are two folks who never be allowed to hold public office.  If you look for
a definition of "dip stick" you find their pictures.

McGarry is a nice guy .. but doesn't have a clue how to govern.   He evidenced that at the public
forum his gang put on during the last campaign.

This town was traumatized by Jimmy and company.  What an embarrassment to say the least.  His little girlfriend was also no sweetheart.

Cicero is exactly right to remind people of the intimidation during those years and the fact that two current electeds were on the police force in supervisory positions during that time.  That scares me.  You cannot tell me that they were not involved in the cover up and protected Jimbo.  If I knew what was going on, then they sure did.

I have always felt so sorry for his first wife.  What a great teacher she is.

FACT not rumor: This involved young women and is totally inexcusable by anyone that covered it up.

Maybe you weren't here DVR, but I was and I remember what was going on at that time.  The stories of him falling asleep in the classroom are true. I guess Dems write that off as having a disorder.  I write that off as not doing his job!

The Reps never even came close to threatening residents and certainly never fondled young girls.  While we don't have halos, we have never been that desplicable.

Mr. DelGallo has been a good town supervisor ... works full time and gives back his pay.   He has done
a lot of good things in 12 months.  Mr. DelGallo has had his hands tied - to some extent - because unlike
running a business as a sole proprietor ..  when you are running a town -- first you have to get at least 3 of the 5 votes from the board to get what you want passed .. then there are some things you'd like to do but  state law, contracts, and other legal considerations stop you
Even given these limitations --- Mr. DelGallo has notched a few great accomplishments ... Capital Plaza
razed and being replaced by a bank and a restaurant ...  plans underway to revitalize the old Draper School
building .. a new Paesan's Pizza in town .... and many great things to be unveiled in the New Year.

The fact is that McGarry is very naive about governing ... I heard some of the things that he wanted to do
within the first few days in office .. if he had been elected supervisor ---- all I will say is this ... he couldn't
legally do any of those things   .. and even if he could it would create a bigger mess.

Steve hired a computer company without going out to bid that was owned by a council member.  MOVE ON!!!!!  You reek ahhhhhhh!!!

Yes, and Steve and his entire administration was promply voted out due greatly to a division within his own party over ehtical issues.  Do you see the difference?  Sexual predator vs. No bid contract.  Democrats cover, Republican blows whistle.

I guess your endorsed candidate inappropriately touching female high school students isn't considered illegal, let alone unethical by Rotterdam Democrat standars...You reek ahhhhhhhh!!!!

That is how Pigpen rolls.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Yes I was and wasn't aware of any Rotterdam Reps doing anything like this.

Do tell, because I missed it. I'll slap 'em myself!
