There's more to this story somewhere. Was it just coincidence that he came running back to work when he did? I'm not buying it.
I wonder if proper documentation was provided by VanNorden as policy dictates? I doubt it.
BTW, while out sick, he earned 63 additional hours sick time. Looks like that is according to policy so must be nice.
Bumblethru- to earn the 10.5 sick hours per month that he did, looks like he has to have been employed at least five years. I don't know how long he has been there, but that gives you an idea. |

Schenectady County is dysfunctional. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Working together works! For them-never you. Yet another reason why Mayor SOS and the 4 horrible DEM rubber stamps must be run out of town on a rail. The raping of the Schenectady taxpayers continues. And no one offers an explanation-let alone an apology. |

Getting back to whoever it was that was speaking about the city historian, Rittner was the city historian (and county too) but he has been written out of the budget. He gets himself grants though so I don't see him having any problems. He also wants to dock his boat at the Riverside Park which the neighbors don't want. Oh well, the city's history is only that which the city leaders over all the years have wanted to keep. The county historical society has a wonderful collection of city pieces, and I don't know if Rittner is involved with that. It would be interesting to find out. |

Put the attorney on milk cartons. Only in Schenectady is this type if excess cheered. Screw the residents to protect a few pals. |

Ok - I thought it was Rittner, and he seems like a good guy from what I can tell. (never met him but he seems passionate about our city's history) |

better yet put the pictures of all the Nattering Nayboobs of Negativity on milk bottles --- and use the bottles for target practice. |
