Rotterdam cheerleading team heads for nationals Sunday, December 5, 2010 By Marcy Velte (Contact) Gazette Reporter
ROTTERDAM — The Rotterdam Pop Warner Midget cheerleaders are “back for more in 2010.” At least according to the cheer portion of the team’s championship winning routine. After winning first place in a district championship, a qualifier, and a region final, the team will advance for the third time to the National Pop Warner Cheer and Dance Championship Competition in Disney World on Friday. It’s a feat no one else in the Capital Region has accomplished. “It’s rare. I believe we are the only ones in the region to make it more than once,” said Coach Joanne Floccuzio. The team represented the eastern region at the national competition in 2007 and 2008. They missed the honor by four points in 2009. The 20 cheerleaders will advance to this year’s national competition after performing a “flawless” routine at the U.S. Eastern Region Pop Warner Cheer Finals in Trenton, N.J., against 11 teams...................>>>>.......................>>>>.................http://www.dailygazette.com/news/2010/dec/05/126_cheerleaders/
Congratulations to the Pop Warner cheerleaders ---- it is good to see that I am not the only cheerleader in town.

You're the one of the FEW cheerleaders for increasing the taxes on the lower income people and making them pay for the property and school taxes of the rich.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
I see MC the monkey he-she dressed up in a cheerleader costume ... probably still hung over from Halloween.
