Search continues for missing Scotia woman

SCOTIA  A search was continuing this morning for a 65-year-old village woman, who is missing from her Collins street residence.

Village police said Alma Melbourne left her home sometime after 2 p.m. Tuesday and hasn't been seen since. She is described as being 5-feet-two-inches tall, 135 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a dark blue sweater, dark blue skirt which went below the knees, and black flat shoes.

Police said Melbourne has wandered off before but she has either returned or was located by family.
